Witches and Wizards' Association of Nigeria endorse Tinubu-Shettima Presidential bid | Tiz Naija

Witches and Wizards association of Nigeria have come out in their numbers to drum support and solidarity for the All Progressive Congress presidential candidate, and his running mate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu/ Shettima.

The secretary to the association, Dr. Okhue Iboi disclosed this during a meeting with the press men on Friday. In his statement, the association does not see anything wrong with Muslim-Muslim ticket of the ruling party.  
Nigeria being a religious country is always concerned with religion when it comes to choosing the leaders that would pilot the affairs of the nation. Tinubu's choice of the former governor of Borno state has had tongues wagging as people express their dissatisfaction with the running mate of the ruling party's candidate for the forthcoming 2023 general elections.

According to some critics;  Tinubu who is a leader of the ruling party has been clamouring for same faith ticket, for a very long time. 
He almost became the running mate of the present President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2015. Saraki kicked against the decision, sighting that such act can jeopardize the unity and stability of the nation. 
Dr. Iboi, the Secretary to Witches and Wizards'Association of Nigeria (WIWIAN) told the news men that; 
the witches does not have any problem with the running mate of the APC Presidential candidate. We feel he can perform better, that's why we are pledging our support for him, he said.
We are solidly behind him and his ambition. The witches also promise to disclose the identity of who will become the next President of Nigeria after 3023 general elections.
